I have a good computer, but I don't want to use it for karaoke. So I want to
purchase a new pc with basic configuration for karaoke. I know the hardware
requirements for karaoke is low. I don't think it costs me too much on that.
comparing with our local price and Unify jukebox, if I purchase from
local, the advantages are: it will be easier for me to fix the problem if I got
any hardware problem on the pc, maybe I can got it at once if I decide to
purchase it. the disadvantage are: I need to set up the entire karaoke system by
myself. I can not get unify songs library at the discount price. a pc with same
hardware confirmation as Unify's jukebox, the price is about 1100USD. I need to
spend 49.95usd to purchase unify karaoke software home edition and spend 299usd
to purchase unify karaoke songs library. The total investment is about 1450usd.
If I purchase unify jukebox, they can set up entire karaoke system for me with
all software pre-installed, if I got any problem on the system, the recovery
disc they provided can help me solve the problem. if I got the hardware problem,
although they have one year hardware warranty, it is more difficult for me to
fix the problem via sending them the faulty parts or the whole machine, for this
issue, unify told me that the jukebox is stable and all hardware are well tested
before sending them out, for a pc, it is not easy to get the hardware problem
like TV or fridge. if I purchase the jukebox, I can get the songs library at
only 99USD. The KCJ1005, it is 999USD including the shipping fee. after I got
the jukebox, I can connect it to TV for karaoke directly. I don't need to spend
time on seeking for the proper computer and configuring the karaoke system by
myself. also, I have a lot of friends having knowledge on the computer, they
said the pc's constructions are all same, I can also fix it in the local. The
total investment is 1100usd. The most important thing is that I did not spend
much time on building the karaoke system at home! |
