 Unify Technologies (the Company) warrants that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in the course of normal usage when purchased from
authorized the Company dealers for the duration of the warranty.
The warranty for hardware-based product (such as remote) is 6 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty for player or server or waiter caller system is 1 year from the date of the purchase.
The warranty will be rendered null and void in the event of:
1.
unauthorized alteration, modification of the item by personnel other than the Company.
2. damaged by accident, abnormal power supply, misuse, fire, lightning, and any Act of God.
The Company will not be liable for any costs incurred to transport the item to and from the service centre and will not be responsible for any mishaps or loss of item during transportation.
The Company will not be liable for any:
1. direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of the terms and conditions set in the warranty or under any other legal theory.
2. loss of data, profits or goodwill; damage or destruction of any data, programs, equipment or other properties, cost of recovering, reprogramming or reproducing any data, programs or equipment; personal loss, injury or any other damages. |
The customer of Unify Technologies (the Company) has a chance to return the product and get
money back if they dislike the product after purchase.
The time limit of refund for all product is 1 month from the date of purchase.
The refund will be void in the event of:

Carefully re-pack your items in the
original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.
We are not responsible for damaged returns or items lost in transit. We urge you to insure your return shipment against loss or damage. |
