According our license agreement, you only can use our software on one pc. If you have more than one pc in you home or your company, you should decide one pc to use karaoke software before register. With REGISTER Register Key, you can use our karaoke software at any pc you want. Just plug the Register Key into a free register port of the pc, the software is registered automatically. The Register Key is included in our remote standard edition package.

Security feature on Standard Edition

Standard edition works like home edition, but it is security for business operation. In home edition, there is no any password to protect the player. Anyone is free to use it. In standard edition, there are two user levels -admin and waiter. Customers without admin or waiter's allowance can't use the player.

Song credit and time credit

If a customer want to karaoke, he must pay to your waiter first, then waiter can "open" player for him for certain time (set up credit time), after credit time, the player will be "closed" automatically, so the customer must leave or pay again. You also can charge the customer for every song. For example 1 songs for $10, if the customer pay $50 to your waiter, the waiter can set credit songs=5. After 5 songs, the player will be locked or closed ... All this can be done with remote controller.

Audit your income

After one day's business, you can login as admin and audit your income. You can check history of the operation and know how much you will get and know if there is any waiter has cheated you.

Please follow the steps as below to update to the new version.

Download the new version from our website http://www.unifykaraoke.com/english/download.htm

Install the new version.

Send us your the serial number: from start->program->unifykaraoke home edition->register software, please press "copy to clipboard" button, paste it in your letter and sed it to us.

Use the register code we send to you to register the new version.

Refer to the chapter "Update from previous version" of the user guide to upgrade to the new version:

Update from previous version:

  Backup your older database (ktvXXX.mdb/songXXX.mdb...) in <App.path>\KtvPublic folder before installation.

  You need to transfer your songs and singers from old database after new version is installed

1.   Go to Song Manager -> Tools -> Import songs and singers;

2.   Select your old database to export, you can find it at <Installation Path>\KtvPublic\ktvXXX.mdb or songXXX.mdb (XXX is version number);

Click <start> and import. You might need to refresh songbook after import.

Please install the driver of current VGA from the driver disc in your package first, and then follow the instructions below step by step.

Insert that disc to the CD-Room

Choose Intel chipset series

Choose Intel 845G/GL/GV/GE

Choose VGA driver, windows 2000/XP

Second, change display properties after installation. 

Right click on desktop

Choose "Properties"->"Settings" ->Choose "Advanced..."-> "Displays"->   

Select "TV" ->"Format": "Select by Fromat" ->

Select the format in correspondence with your TV.   

The video on your TV would be displayed properly.

First, there is a folder named 'ASPI driver' in the setup disc, you can find it in this path: \CDGTools\ASPI_Driver. Please refer to the note named 'read me' and follow the instructions step by step. At that time, the CDG tools will be available for your using.

In addition, you mentioned you also couldn't use some other functions sucessfully. So please contact us once you are on line. We can also solve your problem with remote debug tools.

Please open karaoke player, select ‘option’ with right clicking mouse button on the menu window, and refer to below picture to set the interface. In this way, you can see the play list at the bottom of the video window.

Is power supply in USA 110 voltage? So you need to put voltage switch from 220v to 110v before you power on. You can find the switch at back of the player. Yes, we copied library to Seagate hard disk already.

Since the dllcache is the hidden files, so you can not see it in your computer. Please refer to following instruction to get it.

In this way, you can find it in that path and replace with the mpg2splt.ax file.
