A typical of big karaoke club is often consisted of below subsystems:

• Administrative subsystem (karaoke main server, should be placed in server room)
  It stores all data and configuration information, set up song servers, monitor song servers, set up rooms or tables, set up charge policy, set up supervisors and waiters, finance check, create business reports…
• Song storage subsystem (karaoke song servers and media manager station, should be placed in server room)
  Song server will store all karaoke songs
  Media manager station will help you to manage all songs stored in song servers. You can add new songs, delete unwanted songs, export and print songbook with it
• Customer room subsystem (customer station and song selector, should be placed in every customer room)
  With customer station, customers in rooms can order songs via remote control, keypad, barcode songbook + barcode scanner, touch screen. Customer also can order drinks, foods or call waiters with customer station...
  In big karaoke room, it could hold more than 50 people. One customer station is not enough for them to order songs. You can setup 1 or more song selectors in the room, so customers can order songs at both customer station and song selector at the same time.
• Big hall subsystem (public player - should be placed on the stage of big hall, song selector – should be placed on customer tables or public area of big hall)
  for many customers to sit in the hall and order songs, perform by turns, order drinks and call waiters, some karaoke club do not have hall.
• Reception desk subsystem (reception station, should be placed on reception desk)
  Reception station responsible for the room reservation, customer check in, customer check out, room maintenance, charge customer according to the rules set by the system, send greeting message or emergency message to rooms
• Products and service subsystem (product manager station, should be placed in server room)
  With product manager station, you can add drinks, foods, products and services to the system and make electronic menu for customers to order from rooms. You can set up price, country tax and state tax for every product
• Waiter subsystem (waiter station, should be placed on waiter desk or bar table)
  Waiter station is responsible for drink, food and other service demand from customer rooms. We suggest that 1 waiter station serves 5-10 rooms at most to keep good service quality.

All data and configuration information are stored in the Main Server. The entire karaoke system only needs one of main server. Please notice, all songs are stored in the karaoke song server but not in the karaoke main server, so the load of main server is very low. One of main server is enough for entire karaoke system.

Solution to charge your customer

The system can be set in the mode of pay in advance and pay while checkout.

• In the mode of pay in advance, reception assigns a room for customers and charge by the timer. After pay to the room, customers go into it. When time is up, the room will lock automatically and customers are not entitled to order songs any more. They can choose to renewal or leave.
• In the mode of pay while checkout, customers go into the room to consume first. And then they are required to pay for the check when they want to leave according to consumption amount calculated by the using time. In this model, you can ask customers to pay the deposit in advance (similar to the deposit of rummery)
• You can charge by the timer (suitable for the loge) or by the amount of ordered songs (suitable for the tables in the hall)
• The models of charge can exist in mix. That is to say, some rooms or seats charge by time and some rooms or seats charge by the amount of ordered songs. This function is fit for karaoke club with both loges and seats in the hall.

Set the minimum consumption amount for each room

Set different charge rates for different rooms

set high rate for big rooms or VIP rooms and low rate for small rooms

The charge rates can be changed according to the date and time

• If the rate of usual time is 10$/h for a small room and 15$/h for a big room, you can raise it by 100% at 18:00-22:00 in the weekend which means the rate for small room is 20$/h and 30$/h for big room. When it comes to the morning, the price can be reduced.
• Set different charge rates of drinks for different rooms. A bottle of bear is 30$ in small room and 10% discount (27$) in VIP rooms. You can also promote at Saturday night. For example, 50% discount at 20:00-22:00.
• The charge of drinks can be paid alone or combined to the total expense.

• Small loge (2-3 people): 10$/h
• Middle loge (4-10 people): 20$/h
• Large loge (10-20 people):30$/h
• VIP loge (20-50 people): 50$/h with drinks 10% discount and the minimum consumption amount is 500$
• Seat I in hall: no time limit 2$/ a song
• Seat II in hall: no time limit 4$/ a song

18:00-22:00 at Friday and Saturday and the whole day in holidays is golden time, price raise 50%, the price are:

• Small loge (2-3 people): 15$/h
• Middle loge (4-10 people): 30$/h
• Large loge (10-20 people):60$/h
• VIP loge (20-50 people): 100$/h with drinks 10% discount and the minimum consumption amount is 500$
• Seat I in hall: no time limit 3$/ a song
• Seat II in hall: no time limit 6$/ a song
• The drinks in golden time is 20% discount

User management of system

• There are 3 levels of account in system.
• Waiter account: log on the waiter station, respond to the demands of customers, print service bill, charge for service, and help customers to modify advanced setting in rooms
• Supervisor account: customer check in, customer checkout, reservation, charge fees, send messages to rooms, set fire alarm to rooms, add songs, add new service and new products, add the photos of waiters
• Admin account: set the whole system, set the charge model, set the prices, set other accounts and password, audit

How to choose a song server?

• To balance the load, we advise customers to set a song server for every 20 rooms and a mirror server for every two main servers (if there is a hall, we calculate it as a room). If the rooms are less than 20, we advise set a song server and a mirror server. A mirror server can be neglected only when your budget is limited, but you will take risk for that.
• The capacity of song server is decided by your songs and we advise spare capacity for adding new songs later.
• The capacity of mirror server is the same as the song server’s.

How to choose songs?

Audio System for Customer Room

A common loge needs to prepare the following equipment for customers:

Solution for Big Hall (Big hall subsystem)

Usually, there are one or several halls where customers sing together in a club. In the middle of the hall is a stage with a public player connected to the big screen and speaker. Around the stage, dozens of tables are set for customers. We have a public song selector on each table and customers can order songs with it. • All of our equipment is tested as long as 72hours.
• All of the equipment is debugged carefully before sending.
• All of the fittings are examined strictly.
• After receiving the goods, the only thing that our customers need to do is connect the system and turn on the power. Then the equipment can be used normally.

Technology support

• We have prepared instruction and training handbook for our customers. Any one with basic computer knowledge can set the whole system according to the instruction.
• We offer email, telephone, MSN online technology support.
• We offer special long-distance debug system and help customers set up their system and solute any technology problems.
• We offer 7 days dropping in the house to install service. If it is necessary, our technology engineers will offer install, debug and train service with a certain charge. Our engineers will prepare all to open business by installing, debugging, and training your staff.
• We offer 15days guide service. When the club is going to open, our technology engineers will drop in and offer 15days guide service. In these days, they will help customers with debugging system and solving all problems to make sure the club open and operate smoothly.

Just like the hotels, karaoke clubs have the grades from one star to five stars. Different clubs have different market orientation so our solutions are different.

Five-star clubs are luxury. They are huge in size and have much influence and reputation. The clubs pursue the best equipment and top grade fitment. They sever the top customers with all-sides functions and the best karaoke effect.

One-star clubs are economy with limited investment and small size. Some functions may not be found in these clubs.
